James is an Associate Counsel and is a member of Logica Law’s Real Estate Group. James maintains a solicitor’s practice with over 25 years’ experience in the areas of real estate, corporate/commercial and business law.
James’ broad real estate practice includes representing clients on the purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties and the financing for the acquisition.
James’ development practice involves acting for developers on real estate projects, including land assembly, acquisition, project financing, development, leasing and disposition. James provides clients with innovative and strategic advice on every aspect of their real estate projects.
James also maintains an active corporate/commercial and business law practice and advises clients on the incorporation of companies and the structuring of their investments.
James’ broad legal experience is supplemented by his language skills as he is fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese.
